When you book a spot we collect your name, email address, mobile number, any note you choose to add (such as your daughter's age), and the details of your booking. If you send us a payment screenshot by WhatsApp or email, we see whatever it shows. We don't collect payment card details on this site.
To hold your spot, confirm your payment, send you the event details (time and address), contact you about changes, and let you reschedule. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Your details are stored with our service providers that run this website and send our emails (a database host and an email delivery service). They process data on our behalf. Only the two organisers can see bookings.
We keep booking details for as long as needed to run the event and handle any follow-up, then delete them, normally within 12 months of the event.
We may take photos at workshops and share some on this website. If you'd rather not appear in any, just tell us on the day and we'll make sure of it. Photos shown on this site are only of people who are happy to be featured, and if you'd like a photo of you taken down, email us and we'll remove it promptly.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you, at any time by emailing us. We'll respond as soon as we can.
